Abstract:
To simply confirm the timing of switching a switching source component to a switching destination component due to discontinuation of manufacturing or the like.SOLUTION: A component switching simulation device according to a present embodiment includes: a master in which a switching source component and a switching destination component are associated and registered; and simulation means that, on an inquiry screen displayed on a display unit, refers to inventory information and manufacturing instruction information for the switching source component registered in the master, displays, regarding the manufacturing instruction information that uses the switching source component, a list of details of a switching target candidate output instruction including manufacturing instruction number, scheduled output date, warehouse, output instruction number, planned stock number that is number of stocks minus output instruction number, selects a row to switch to the switching destination component corresponding to the switching source component of the master according to an operator's operation in the list of details, switches the switching source component to the switching destination component for the selected row, re-calculates the planned stock quantity, and updates the list of details.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
