PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for the wiring with respect to a movable part by composing a holding means capable of holding a part and performing an opening action by receiving a mechanical force, a movable member freely movable by carrying it, a driving means thereof and a mechanical force giving means which gives a mechanical force to the above holding means.
CONSTITUTION: A 1st control means 1 knows of the shape, position and posture of each light emitting element 5(electronic part) of a part feeding position 9 based on the picture element data of a TV camera 8, holding the element 5 on a transfer check 14 by driving the motor 13 for operating an X-Y table 12. After correcting its posture via a front and back reversing device 15, it is delivered to the index chuck 18 located on an index table 17. The table 17 is driven with its rotation via a cam mechanism 20 by a main motor 19 and the motion control of the cam mechanism 20 is performed by a control means 1. The chuck 18 performs the opening action of a holding claw by the index chuck driving devices 23, 24 subjected to motion-controlling via the cam mechanism 20 by a 2nd control means 22 at the place 9 and a part discharging place.
