Abstract:
To obtain a pasta sauce enabling to season pasta in a good taste as oil type only by mixing the pasta sauce with the pasta.
This pasta sauce comprises an oil phase part of stationary separation state and a water phase part containing xanthane gum. The oil phase part and the water phase part have a weight ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:4.
