Abstract:
To manufacture a passage structure at low costs.SOLUTION: A passage structure 2 includes first to third plates 21 to 23. The first plate 21 has first through holes 21a. The first through holes 21a penetrate through the first plate 21 in a thickness direction so as to be open at a first fluid chamber. The second plate 22 has second through holes 22a. The second through holes 22a penetrate through the second plate 22 in a thickness direction so as to be open at a second fluid chamber. A third plate 23 is disposed between the first plate 21 and the second plate 22. The third plate 23 has first connection through holes 23a. Each first connection through hole 23a has a passage area larger than those of the first and second through holes 21a, 22a. The first connection through holes 23a penetrate through the third plate 23 in a thickness direction. The first and second through holes 21a, 22a are disposed at positions different from each other when viewed in the thickness direction.
