Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passbook issuing device in which finish discrimination is easy and processing time is shortened and miniaturization is enabled in relation to the device that finish information is printed on the covers of the front and the back in a printing space-exhausted passbook and finish information of one item in a single MS passbook is printed in a plurality of items and the single NS passbook is turned over from the closed front side to a printing page with the same information of other items and a closed double MS passbook is reversed in the front and the rear.
SOLUTION: The passbook issuing device is equipped with the insertion port 2 of a printing space-exhausted passbook 1, a new passbook feed part 10 having a means 11 for storing and delivering a new passbook 1A, a conveyance path 3, an opening and closing means 9 of the passbook 1/the new passbook 1A, a magnetic read/write part 4, a printer part 5 and a controlling means 15. The controlling means 15 reads magnetic information of the passbook 1, prints finish information in a margin near to a printing space-exhaustion printing line, and print finish information on one cover after closing the passbook 1, turns over the passbook 1, prints finish information on another cover, and prints carried-forward information from a host device 24 after delivering the new passbook and writing magnetic information before delivering the passbook 1 and the new passbook 1A to the insertion port 2.
