To realize certain page turning-over without generating bending and jamming of middle paper even when continuous turning-over is performed in a passbook page turning-over apparatus using a turning-over roller on one shaft in both of the forward turning-over and reverse turning-over of the middle paper of a passbook.
The passbook page turning-over apparatus is constituted so that a position where a turning-over member (2) is turned just above is set to the home position of the turning-over roller (1) and equipped with a motor control means for allowing the turning-over roller to make one revolution in a predetermined direction from the home position at least at the time of final turning-over when the designated number pages is plural and further rotating the roller by {(360+θ)°} up to a position exceeding the home position and rotating the roller by θ° in the opposite direction before and after the sprung-up middle paper is reversed by the feed of the passbook to return the same to the home position.
