To provide a passbook page turning-over device which makes possible the forward page-turning and backward page-turning of a passbook and which can be miniaturized.
The passbook page turning-over device 1 comprises conveyance rollers 4, 6 which convey a passbook T of a plurality of page sheets bound together by a binding part, on a conveyance path, and page turning-over rollers 10 which are interlocked with the conveyance rollers 4, 6 to turn over the pages of the passbook to be conveyed on the conveyance path. The page turning-over rollers 10 are equipped with a page-turning lever 12 and oscillate between the forward page-turning position and the backward page-turning position. In the forward page-turning position, there is secured a forward page turning space between the page turning-over rollers 10 and the conveyance rollers 4, 6. In the backward page-turning position, there is secured a backward page turning space between the page turning-over rollers 10 and the conveyance rollers 4, 6.
