Abstract:
To surely turn over the pages of a passbook and convey the passbook even if a wireless IC is mounted on the passbook.
The passbook T is opened and closed around a binding joint Tt and provided with a wireless IC 43 which processes data in a non-contact state. In this case, the wireless IC 43 is arranged within an area of at most 0.6L in distance from the binding joint Tt, wherein L is a distance from the binding joint Tt to the non-binding joint.
