Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously process items at sides of a front cover and a back cover of a bankbook without discharging the bankbook once, by using a bankbook of a structure enabling handling of different items from sides of the front cover and back cover. SOLUTION: A page change part 17 and a bankbook-reversing part 19 are provided. The page change part changes pages of middle sheets of a bankbook 1, turns a front cover or back cover, and further closes the opened bankbook 1. The bankbook-reversing part 19 rotates the closed bankbook 1 by 180 deg. on a horizontal plane. The bankbook 1 opened from the side of one cover is processed and closed by the page change part 17. Thereafter, the bankbook is reversed by 180 deg. by the bankbook-reversing part 19, and the bankbook is opened again from the side of the other cover by the page change part 17 and processed.
