In inner paper parts of a passbook made up of a front cover and a plurality of inner paper sheets bound in the front cover by sewing machine thread, a plurality of transaction detail printed pages 11 are formed. At the final page of the inner paper parts a service page 12 is provided for giving services of a financial institution to the passbook holder. In the service page 12, a plurality of perforations capable of tearing off the base material of the inner paper parts are formed in its longitudinal and lateral directions, and small pieces sections by these perforations are service sections. Besides, forming the service page 12 at the final page of the passbook avoids the service sections from rolling up separated pages at the time of automatically rolling up pages by page rolling up rollers of the like of an ATM.
