Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide favourable axle load distribution by making a support structure and an outer plate part belonging to a machine room of a lightened material unsymmetrically against a center of gravity of a passenger car.
SOLUTION: A very large axle load is applied on a front axle device 5 as a load of a drive device is large, and a support structure and an outer plate belong to it are at least partially made of a light structural material. A cabin 2 which is a part of the support structure and the outer plate positioned in the rear of a side central line of a travelling car and a part of a trunk area 4 are manufactured as a steel plate structure. Only a traveling car front area to support a large axle load for a drive device 9 is lightened by using a light structural part, and the light structural parts of the support structure and the outer plate are unsymmetrically distributed against a center of gravity of the travelling car. Consequently, it is possible to balance so as to make precise and uniform axle load distribution on both of the front and rear axle devices 5, 6.
