Position of a come-teeth root 4b, under which the cleat 2a is to be inserted, is retreated to a position where a tip (claws) of feet of a man or an animal is not brought in contact with the comb-teeth root 4b in the condition wherein the feet of the man or the animal are wholly put on the comb-like plate 4.
