When one side part of the skirt guard 5 is put above, the one side part is freely attached-detached to a predetermined position of a skirt guard upper support part, and the other side part positioned below is freely attached-detached to a predetermined position of a skirt guard lower support part. When the other side part is put above by rotating the skirt guard by 180°, the other side part is freely attached-detached to the predetermined position of a deck board, and the one side part positioned below by rotation is freely attached-detached to the predetermined position of the skirt guard lower support part. Even if the skirt guard is rotated by 180°, the flaw caused in the skirt guard can be hidden without changing an installation position of the deck board 19 and the lower support part 18.
