An entrance/exit plate 3a in an entrance/exit comprises a metal plate 9 and a protruding body 10 protruding from a metal plate upper surface. The protruding body 10 comprises a soft plate 10a. A lifting/lowering device 13 for lifting/lowering the soft plate 10a is disposed below the soft plate 10a. The lifting/lowering device 13 lifts the soft plate 10a during electric current interruption by a safety device 14 and causes it to protrude from an upper surface of the metal plate 9.
