Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor which can nullify drawn detection of an inlet member on an entrance side, and which does not lose a drawn detection function of an inlet member on an exit side even when a safety switch is fused by contact fusion.SOLUTION: A b contact point 78b2 of a lifting up operation main contact tool 58 and an a contact point 79a2 of a lifting down operation main contact tool 79 are connected in series, and the connected circuits in series is connected to upper floor side inlet safety switches 80a, 80b in parallel. Thereby, during lifting down operation, the upper floor side inlet safety switches are nullified for making them available during lifting up operation.
