Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the safety for input of password numbers to prevent input errors by changing the arrangement of function displays of individual key switches into randam each time when a password number is inputted and displaying the input number. CONSTITUTION:A transparent keyboard part 2 and a display part 4 are constituted into one body together with a directivity giving device 7. When an input command is inputted, the guide requesting the password number input is displayed in display digits D1-D6 and a display digit D12 is flickered to ask a customer to operate a key switch K12. When the key switch K12 is operated, an input/output control part 3 accesses a random number generator in order from the display digit D1 for the purpose of setting a key arrangement for password number input to display digits D1-D9 and D11. Numbers selected by the random number generator are displayed successively in display digits D1-D11, and they are stored in a key retrieval table.
