Abstract:
To provide a paste applicator by which a paste pattern is formed on a desired position with high precision.
The paste applicator is constituted so that the paste is applied on a dummy substrate having no rib to previously detect the gap between the coating reference position of the paste and the reference position of a sensor, the amount of the gap is previously stored as the amount of the mechanical gap and the paste is applied on a real substrate.
