To provide a paste discharging device, preventing the leakage of a paste out of a seal portion.
A port change-over portion is formed in a pump mechanism for the paste discharging device for discharging the paste. By using it, a sealing mechanism prevents the leakage of the paste out of the seal portion (a seal face 33a and a sliding face 32a) between a plunger block 32 to be rotated with a plunger 26 and a fixed seal block 33. The outer periphery face of the seal block 33 and the axially extending inner periphery face of the cylinder block 32 are opposed to each other to form a housing portion with an approximately annular space. A ring external seal member 36 with an O-ring and a self-lubricating material such as a PTFE combined is mounted in the housing portion. Thus, the leakage of the paste out of the seal portion to the outside of the housing portion is prevented by the external seal member 36.
