Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make paste transferable surely to a conductor, by relatively moving the conductor relating to the paste, and sticking it to the conductor by a plurality of times.
SOLUTION: Bumps 11, 12 are lowered down just underneath, transfer of paste 2 to the bumps 11, 12 is tried. Here, dust 13 and a void are removed, in almost the case, so as to transfer the paste 2 to the bumps 11, 12. Next, the bumps 11, 12 are lifted and dislocated from the paste 2, to be moved further in a lateral direction, the bumps 11, 12 are lowered down, transfer in the second time is tried. Here, temporarily even when a transfer in the first time is in failure, recovery can be made by a second time transfer. As a result, the paste 2 can be surely transferred.
