The pasteboard 2 is formed of a long rolled sheet 3, with a moisture/liquid impermeable film 5 formed on the back 4, which is folded to a specified dimensional width and in a zigzag fashion in an orthogonal direction with the longitudinal direction of the rolled sheet 3 and, in turn, has the impermeable films 5 of the folded rolled sheet 3 laminated face to face to each other. In addition, the pasteboard 2 is obtained by thermally fusion-bonding the moisture/liquid impermeable film 5 to the back of the long rolled sheet 3, then folding the sheet 3 to a specified dimensional width and in a zigzag fashion in an orthogonal direction with the longitudinal direction of the sheet 3 and thermally fusion-bonding and laminating the mutually opposed films 5 by heating under pressure each of the unit segments 3A obtained by folding the sheet 3 from both face/back of the unit segments 3A.
