Title:
PASTED ANTICORROSIVE COATING, ANTICORROSIVE COATING FILM, AND STEEL-TOWER HARDWARE FOR POWER TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3965152
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable formation of a conductive coating film having good anticorrosive properties without adjusting viscosity while coating, which can be efficiently used upon, for example, high lift work.
SOLUTION: The pasted anticorrosive coating contains a resin inactive to zinc, zinc powder containing particles with a diameter ranging from 100 to 200 μm in an amount ranging from 75 to 100 wt.%, and an organic solvent. The organic solvent contains an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent. The aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent having a boiling point ranging from 140 to 220°C. Furthermore, the initial viscosity of the pasted anticorrosive coating at 25°C is 5,000 cp or more and the viscosity of the same coating when it is allowed to stand for 8 hours at 25°C ranges from 110 to 150% of the initial viscosity. The anticorrosive coating film is formed of the above coating. The steel-tower hardware for power transmission is produced by forming the above-mentioned anticorrosive coating film on the surface of the hardware.
