Abstract:

To provide a patch which has high skin permeability of felbinac, does not leave the paste behind on releasing, has high gel strength, and reduces peeling or turning after application.

The patch has a water-containing paste containing (A) felbinac, (B) N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, (C) a surface active agent having an HLB value of not less than 13, (D) a surface active agent having an HLB value of not more than 10, (E) polyacrylic acid, a salt thereof or a partially neutralized product thereof, and (F) a polyvalent metal salt and having a water content of 60-85 mass% laminated on a support.
