To provide a pathogen diffusion prevention system capable of improving in a point that a user needs to manually shut off the light sensor to switch the water coming out of a faucet.SOLUTION: Disclosed pathogen diffusion prevention system includes: a pathogen sensor that detects pathogen in storage water in a toilet bowl installed in a toilet; a mixing unit for mixing an inactivating component for inactivating pathogen in tap water flowing out from the water tap for a user to wash hands; and a control unit configured to control the mixing unit to operate when the pathogen sensor detects pathogen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
