Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pathological diagnosis report system capable of fetching the content of a pathological diagnosis report as text data in a medical institute system while securing high security.SOLUTION: A pathological diagnosis report system 2 includes: a pathology system 4 installed in a medical institute for making an inspection request for requesting pathological diagnosis to a pathology doctor; and a pathology doctor terminal 6 unconnected via a network to the pathology system for allowing the pathology doctor to make a pathological diagnosis report in response to the inspection request. The pathology doctor terminal includes: a creation part 28 for creating a two-dimensional bar code showing the content of the pathological diagnosis report; and an output part 40 for outputting the two-dimensional bar code. The pathology system includes: a reading part 20 for reading the two-dimensional bar code output by the pathology doctor terminal; and a storage part 16 for converting the content of the pathological diagnosis report shown by the two-dimensional bar code read by the reading part into a text for storage.
