To provide a pathological information system package for dealing with information related to a pathological inspection while improving customize ability and maintainability.

This pathological information system is composed of an application layer 12 for displaying a job, a component layer 13 for making the display and setting of basic data of that job into routine and registering it while referring to property and a data layer 14 for exchanging data with a data base 1 by setting a data acquisition object to exchange data with this component layer for each class corresponding to the said job, and provided with a hierarchical structure coupling plural data base tables by hierarchies and each of respective data base tables is composed of a basic attribute class as a basic part and an extension class as an extension part. Further, the said data base table coupled by hierarchies is composed of examination information, information by examinations, material information, diagnostic information and diagnosis history information from the high order in the order of hierarchies.
