The patient care vehicle 1 has a seat part 10, a back rest part 20 which is extended from the seat part 10 and made rotatable between the chair position of being almost vertical upward to the seat part 10 and the bed position of being made almost horizontal along with the seat part, a pair of front wheels 62, left and right and a pair of rear wheels 63, left and right movable with respect to the floor surface, a support body 60 for supporting the seat part 10 and an insertion base 70 which is wide enough to support the upper limb of the patient being inserted by the needle to be retained for the treatment or inspection and disposed on the side of the back rest part 20.
