Abstract:
To provide a patient monitoring system with which a nursing job is performed efficiently.
When an abnormality judging means 32 judges abnormality in a patient, the position of a PHS 22 of a nurse in charge is detected by a positional detection means 40. When the PHS 22 exists in a calling prohibited range set as a range close to a central monitor 14, a calling prohibition means 48 prohibits output of an alarm (calling sound) from the PHS 22. In this way, it is eliminated to feel boisterous due to the output of alarms from both of the central monitor 14 and the PHS 22 close to it, and operation for stopping both of the alarms is no longer required, and thereby efficiency in the nursing job is improved.
