Abstract:

To provide a patient motion detecting clip in which a nurse call responds and operates responding to a clip coming off or a patient intentionally disengaging the clip.

The patient motion detecting clip has a first electrode energized when a wear is interposed not energized when the wear is not interposed and additionally has a second electrode arranged such that the wear or others can not be interposed between them, and is characterized by being an unenergized state when holding and being energized state when being opened.
