To easily determine whether equipment is ready for a patient.

A patient terminal provided on each patient includes: a storage means for storing previously assigned identification information; a medium reading means for reading a medium arranged on the equipment; and a notification means for notifying that the equipment is ready for the patient when the identification information included in the read medium corresponds to the stored identification information.
