PURPOSE: To facilitate the parting of the pattern and a molding material and to shorten the time for disassembling the assembling the pattern by sticking a non-tacky adhesive thin sheet to the surface of the pattern.
CONSTITUTION: The thin sheet 3 consisting of a fluororesin system is stuck to the surface of the pattern 1. As a result, the the fluororesin sheet 3 has an extremely small friction coefft. to the movement of the molding material by manual ramming and vibration and, therefore, the molding material can easily move and does not mechanically damage the sheet. Since the sheet is highly resistant to acids and alkalis, the sheet is not chemically attacked by the various binders contained in the molding material. In addition, the sheet is non-tacky adhesive and, therefore, improves the parting property of the molding material from the pattern.
