Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously cut out soft and plate-shaped food by integrally forming a cylindrical pattern cutting tooth and a flat plate corresponding to a chopping board, separating the pattern cutting tooth part from the chopping board part when no load is applied, and pressing the pattern cutting tooth to the flat plate in approximately parallel at the time of grasping by hand. SOLUTION: A resin plate is bent into a U shape, and a cylindrical pattern cutting tooth 2 is integrally formed on one side. Both tips 3, 4 of the bent resin plate are constituted into such a shape as to be opened into an approximately V shape in unloading. When a main body 1 is gripped by a hand after food is pinched between both tips, the pattern cutting tooth 2 is pressed to the flat part 4 corresponding to a chopping board in approximately parallel, and therefore, soft food can be cut out into a shape of the pattern cutting tooth 2.
