The pattern forming apparatus is provided with an unwinding part 2 for unwinding a film W wound in a state of a roll, a pattern forming part 4 for forming a functional pattern by jetting and applying the ink from an inkjet nozzle 41 to the film W unwound by the unwinding part 2, a drying part 5 for drying the pattern formed on the film W, an ultraviolet irradiation part 6 for irradiating the pattern after dried with ultraviolet ray and a winding part 7 for winding the film W having the pattern after irradiated with ultraviolet ray in the state of the roll. The ultraviolet irradiation part 6 is provided with a guide roll 63a for changing a tilted angle of ultraviolet irradiation surface A of the web film W to the incident angle of the ultraviolet ray.
