Abstract:

To provide a user with a rope skipping grip with high quality by surely preventing the hand from slipping off from the grip with a filler consisting of a rubber material in the use of a skipping rope and by adding an optional pattern and colors to the filler to make the whole appearance of the grip fine as well through manufacturing the rope skipping grip that designed grooves having the optional pattern are formed on the surface of the grip and filled with the filler consisting of the rubber material through a series of manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing the rope skipping grip includes a provision stage for grip molding that a synthetic-resin material for forming the grip and the filler consisting of the rubber material with colors are provided respectively, a deigned groove forming stage for forming the grooves with the design having the optional pattern on the surface of the grip while the grip being molded from the synthetic-resin material in the provided materials and a filler-filled stage that the designed grooves are filled with the filler consisting of the rubber material to be integrally formed with the surface of the grip after formation of the designed grooves on the grip.
