Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present the pattern of stripes or the like, to give freshness to a crepe and to improve the value of a product itself by separately transferring the different kinds of dough from two supply systems to the outer periphery of a heating drum.
SOLUTION: The manufacture device of the crepe for transferring the dough force-fed by pumps 2 to the outer periphery of the heating drum 6, baking it, then peeling it with a scraper 7, transferring it onto a cooling conveyor 8, then cutting it with a cutter 9 and obtaining a finished product is provided with containers 3 and 4 as the two supply systems for supplying the different kinds of the dough. Further, a transfer means 5 for separately transferring each dough from the supply systems 3 and 4 to the heating drum 6, a nozzle or the like respectively connected through dedicated pipes to the containers 3 and 4 for instance, is provided. By simultaneously making the dough of different colors flow out respectively from the supply systems 3 and 4 by the transfer means 5 such as the nozzle or the like or jetting it or the like and supplying it to the outer periphery of the heating drum 6, it is simultaneously baked and the pattern composed of the plural colors is presented.
