Title:
PATTERN-TRANSFERRED CAN AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004230886
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pattern-transferred can which can be mass-produced at high speed free from influence of clogging due the transfer of fine uneven patterns expressing a photo, a picture or interference fringes of light (hologram), and its manufacturing method.

A strip transfer molding material 13 with fine uneven portions 13a formed is brought into contact with a can 11, and the can 11 and the material 13 are pinched between a pattern surface forming molding material 14 and a pressing and supporting molding material 15 to form the fine uneven patterns 12. Thus, by forming the fine uneven patterns by means of the transfer molding material having a fine uneven portion and a pattern surface forming portion separated, the strip transfer molding material can be moved slightly or by a circumference of the can according to the number of cans to be processed or replaced. Continuous transfer is possible without influence of build-up due to clogging or abrasion of the fine unevenness, realizing high-speed mass production.
