To provide a patterned resin plate which is free from the restrictions of a pattern and is deliverable in a short time on a multiple grade small lot production basis, a method for manufacturing the patterned resin plate and eyeglasses formed of eyeglasses components using the patterned resin sheet.
This patterned resin sheet P1 possesses a sublimable dye-soaking layer in a resin plate 1 and is manufactured by the following method: a pattern sheet with a pattern layer 2 in which the sublimable dye is soaked on one surface side of a resin sheet is created and thermally lap-bonded on a base sheet formed of a resin under pressure in the way that the pattern layer comes to the base sheet side. Alternatively, the pattern sheet is sandwiched between the base sheet formed of a resin and a coated sheet and thermally contact-bonded. The pattern sheet is manufactured by printing a pattern on a transfer paper in a sublimable ink containing the sublimable dye and thermally transferring the pattern of the transfer paper to one surface of the resin sheet. The eyeglasses are assembled of eyeglasses components obtained by fabricating the resin plate P1 by a secondary process such as cutting or the like.
