PURPOSE: To realise a profound three dimensional effect and high quality feeling, and improve the mechanical strength, and further enable coated films to be formed into thin layers by providing coated films wherein at least one layer contains a fibrous filling material, on one surface of a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: On one surface of a plane board or a recessed and protruded substrate 1, 6, coated films 4, 7 are provided in which at least one layer contains fibrous filling materials 5, 8. The coated film are produced by any one of methods among a spray method, flow coater method, roll coater method, and film method. For the substrare 1, a special cement board, polyester - calcium silicate board and the like can be used. And, for the fibrous filling material 5, a filling material is used in which for example cellulose fibers are colored into black and cut thereafter. Further, the blending rate of the fibrous filling material 5 is suitable to be in the range between 0.01 pts.wt. or more and 5 pts.wt. or less with respect to 100 pts.wt. of top coat resin.
