Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterning roll capable of improving transferability of an uneven pattern onto a surface of a cement board and mold releasability from the surface of the cement board by a relatively simple structure.SOLUTION: A patterning roll 1 comprises a rotating roll 10 having a transfer uneven pattern 14 on an outer peripheral surface thereof, a pressure adjusting body arranged inside the rotating roll 10, and a packing provided in a gap between the rotating roll 10 and the pressure adjusting body. The rotating roll 10 is rotatably provided outside the pressure adjusting body. Many vent holes 17 are formed in the outer peripheral surface. The pressure adjusting body includes a positive pressure chamber having a positive pressure and a negative pressure chamber having a negative pressure. The vent hole 17 is formed by the rotation of the rotating roll 10 to be freely switchable between a state communicating with the positive pressure chamber and a state communicating with the negative pressure chamber. The packing is brought into close contact with an inner peripheral surface of the rotating roll 10 and an outer peripheral surface of the pressure adjusting body. The vent hole 17 in the state communicating with the positive pressure chamber and the vent hole 17 in the state communicating with the negative pressure chamber are partitioned from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
