PURPOSE: To activate the skin by reciprocating a patting element by a driving circuit through an actuator, and thereby by patting the skin by means of the patting element provided with a magnet, so that both the stimulation by means of a mechanical action to the skin and the stimulation by means of a magnetic action can be compatible with each other.

CONSTITUTION: A patting element 2 and an actuator 3 are housed inside a cylindrical separator 1 being the case body of a patting device, and also the patting element 2 is directed toward the open end of the separator 1. The one end of the patting element 2 is fitted with a contact part 4, and also a magnet 5 is incorporated so as to be adjacent to the contact pat 4. Further, the other end of the patting element 2 is connected to the shaft 6 of the actuator 3. By driving the actuator 3 by means of a driving circuit 7, the shaft 6 and the patting element 2 are reciprocated inside the separator 1. Thus, when the open end of the separator 1 is pressed against the skin, the contact pat 4 repeatedly pats the skin 8, and also the magnet 5 is brought into contact with the skin 8 or separated therefrom.
