PURPOSE: To make the pavement of road surface easier as well as manifest the effect of blind-person induction by a method in which spacers are provided to the peripheral side walls of zig-zagged pavement blocks and projections to be easily sensed by the sole of foot are formed on the surface of the pavement blocks.

CONSTITUTION: Spacers 3 such as projections are projectionally formed vertically on the side walls of zig-zagged pavement block A and projections 4 and/or long projections are projectionally formed on the surfaces of the block A, where the projections 4 are set in such a way as to support the sole oo foot on three points always even on any position and also the long projections are formed within the size of the sole in such a way as to sense them exactly by the sole of foot. The blocks A are set adjacently with a fixed small spacing by the spacers 3, and sand is packed into the apertures and compacted, followed by paving the road surface.
