PURPOSE: To ensure the rigidity of a road surface and prevent the road surface from slippage by pouring cement milk in an open grainsize asphalt concrete layer, notching grooves in the layer after curing and executing shot blast on the layer.

CONSTITUTION: A grain size adjusting macadam layer and rough grain size asphalt-concrete layer are formed on a stable cement process layer to lay uniformly an open grain size asphalt concrete layer on the rough grain asphalt- concrete layer. Next, cement milk is poured into the layer by the use of a vibrating machine and grooves 6 are notched in the lattice form after curing for a predetermined time. Next, a plurality of steel balls are blasted by a shot blast machine to provided paved road surface by vacuum drawing. Then, the edge 6a of the groove 6 is rounded by the collision of the steel ball and power of concrete is removed from the surface and the inside of the groove 6 by vacuum drawing.
