To provide a pavement road repairing method in which a pavement road can be repaired with good durability and in a short time.

According to the pavement road repairing method, a heated asphalt mixture is prepared by mixing coarse aggregate of 70 to 85 wt.%, which has a uniform particle diameter, and is selected such that a particle diameter falls in the range of 2.36 to 8.00 mm and a difference between a maximum particle diameter and a minimum particle diameter is equal to 3.00 mm or less, and fine sand having a particle diameter of 0.3 mm or less or stone dust having a particle diameter of 0.075 mm or less or both of them, as an asphalt filler, with each other, and heating the resultant mixture. Then the heated asphalt mixture is filled and laid in dips of wheel ruts and pits, and on peripheral edges of the dips, and then rolled from above. Finally the entire pavement road is flatly compacted until the thickness of the asphalt mixture at the peripheral edge of each dip becomes equal to the maximum particle diameter of the coarse aggregate contained in the asphalt mixture.
