To keep an emulsion melted without providing a heater separately on respective passages for supplying the emulsion to an emulsion diffuser so that the structure of the diffuser is simplified and energy consumed by the diffuser is saved.
A first feed pipe 25A for feeding the emulsion from a emulsion tank 17 to the emulsion diffuser 6 and a first feed back pipe 26A for feeding back the emulsion from the emulsion diffuser 6 to the emulsion tank 17 are arranged in contact with a lower layer hopper sideboard 28 so as to enable heat transmission from the sideboard to both pipes. Meanwhile, a second feed pipe 25B and a second feed back pipe 26B are arranged apart from the lower layer hopper sideboard 28. As heat from the heated lower layer hopper sideboard 28 is transmitted to the first feed pipe 25A and first feed back pipe 26A, the emulsion flowing through both pipes is heated. The flow passage of the emulsion is shifted between the first feed pipe 25A and the second feed pipe 25B when the direction of a directional control valve 20A is shifted, and between the first feed back pipe 26A and the second feed back pipe 26B when the direction of a directional control valve 20B is shifted. Thus, it becomes possible to discharge the emulsion, of which the temperature is controlled within a prescribed range, from a spray nozzle 6a.
