PURPOSE: To improve a dispersion effect while maintaining transportability by applying the constitution wherein two pavement diotextiles having a plurality of rigid frame members attached approximately in parallel are so overlapped and spread on a roadbed as to keep the frame members intersecting each other.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rigid frame members 21 and 21 are attached to a diotextile body 20 approximately in parallel at the predetermined intervals, and rollable pavement diotextiles 2 and 2 are provided. In addition, two pavement diotextiles 2 and 2 are so overlapped and spread on a roadbed 1 as to keep the rigid frame members 21 and 22 intersecting each other. Then, a pavement subgrade 3 and a surface layer 4 are formed on the diotextiles 2 and 2. According to the aforesaid construction, a pavement material can be transported as rolled. Also, a road expected to have extremely many traffics and even a roadbed having an extremely low support force can be paved without thickening a subgrade.
