To obtain a paving resin composition having improved workability and the capability of being laid at low temperatures by selecting a composition containing at least an epoxy resin and a diluent and comprising a resin base having a specified viscosity and a curing agent being a Mannich reaction product of m-xylylenediamine.
The epoxy resin base should have a viscosity of 100 P or below at 25°C. The epoxy resin contained in the resin base is desirably a normally liquid bisphenol F or bisphenol A type epoxy resin. Further, the diluent is desirably a dihydric-alcohol-type diglycidyl ether. It is desirable that the resin base further contains an unsaturated fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol and the ester is desirably pentaerythritol triacrylate. It is desirable that an aggregate is added to a paving resin composition comprising these components to obtain a paving resin composition which can be desirably used for, especially, water- permeable pavement.
