Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement method by which a price is received even without making a contract for accounting use charges with a telecommunications company by an information provider and a manager of virtual store, etc. SOLUTION: The settlement method is constituted so that intention declaration information to specify declaration of intention is displayed when the intention to purchase pay information, etc., is declared via a computer network, authentication information by which the pay information, etc., based on the use fees contracted to be charged in use charges of a telephone with the telecommunications company holding a telephone line network which can be used by a portable telephone is displayed when the intention declaration information is obtained by connection from the portable telephone and the price for the pay information, etc., to a provider of the pay information, etc., in place of the telecommunications company when the authentication information is obtained via the computer network.
