To provide a payment managing system used for payment at irregular intervals, payment by days, utilizing a card having cashing function.
The payment management system calculates the receiving amount of an owner, having an identification code-recorded card and transmits data on the receiving amount and the identification code to a card company providing the card with credit function for cashing. The received data on the receiving amount is newly established as a credit limit for the cashing of the card corresponding to the identification code; or the received data on the receiving amount is added to the existing credit limit to expand the credit limit, allowing withdrawal using the card through an automatic cash dispenser, including an online-connected ATM (Automatic Teller Machine). The data on the receiving amount is collected and is processed as data on a loan amount to a beneficiary from the card company.
