PURPOSE: To greatly simplify constitution and to apply it to beam construction other than a SRC beam by making a beam form of PC to save time for stripping and, at the same time, using the PC beam form itself as a scaffold.
CONSTITUTION: A PC beam form 10 is formed in a flat plate to form the first bending section 20 in both longitudinal ends 10a, and the second bending section 26 is formed in a boundary part the bottom 22 of a beam and the side wall 24 in the direction of the width. The PC beam form 10 is easily installed between columns by bending it downward from the first bending section 20. After the installation of the PC beam form 10, it is used as a scaffold by folding the first bending section 20 to fix. The PC beam form 10 is combined with concrete by bending the PC beam 10 in a U-hope from the second bending section 26 to place the concrete.
