PURPOSE: To improve the fitting work of rack bars for supporting PC cables to assembled reinforcing bars.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of holding pieces 11 are connected in such a way as to enable one-end sides of them to be opened or closed by a shaft 12, a rack bar fixing metal 10 through which a bolt 13 to clamp the pieces 11 to the mutually approaching direction is pierced is used. A rack bar supporter 15 is provided on the other end, and the metal 10 is fixed to the reinforcing bar 3 by clamping the bar 3 through reinforcing bar holder 4 between the pieces 11 by the bolt 13. Afterwards, the rack bar 6 is supported on the supporter 15.
