To provide a PC card connector device which enables ejection of a PC card without harming an end face thereof.
A PC card connector device has, at its tip, an abutment portion 24 which contacts the innermost end face 16 of a PC card inserted through a PC card slot and installed at a predetermined position. Further, the device has a swinging lever which swings about a swinging axis orthogonal to the PC card, and presses the PC card with the abutment portion 24. The abutment portion 24 has a curved portion 27 with a curved surface 26 which contacts and slides on the end face of the PC card. The portion 24 has an abutment member 28 which extends along the direction of the swinging axis of the swinging lever, and a guide strip 31 which extends along the surface of the PC card from one end, in the direction of the swinging axis, of the abutment member 28, and which has an edge with a round protruding towards the PC card. In ejecting the PC card, the curved surface 27 contacts and slides on the end face of the PC card. Thus, the end face of the PC card is not harmed.
